CATS, Candidate Applicant Tracking System is available as a stand alone module on Portico. It is a recruitment portal to be used by HR and recruitment managers in an organization. It allows recruiters to store applicant profiles, define requirements and job orders for departments and companies they service and keep track of the entire recruitment cycle. CATS serves as a database to store applicant information such as skill, industry experience, location, preferences and other relevant details. Complex search criteria can be deployed to search for candidates with specific skills.
The process can be tracked in CATS through the various stages of recruitment. A sample recruitment process will cover the various stages of the recruitment process, including - contact candidate, candidate responded, profile submission, scheduling for HR round, and scheduling for technical round, final round with HR head, offered and placed.
CATS can be integrated with the Portico Intranet module and the careers page of your company's website. Jobs posted in CATS are automatically visible on the careers page and candidates can apply against open positions. Resumes submitted by candidates get posted in the CATS database automatically.
A manager can view the status of training for direct reports and the Training Manager has overall control and reporting on training in the company. Reports are available to view the personal information, employment information and other HR data stored on Portico. Each module also has its own functional reports to enable users to effectively utilise the functionality.
Headcount reports can be displayed in a cross tabular format. The tabulation is available by locations grouped on other segmentation of employees such as department, cost center, designation, grade, job category and job status. Pivots and Dashboards by similar criteria are also provided.
Selection criteria is provided in most reports to select employees from multiple companies including current employees and past leavers. Reports can be ordered on employee no, surname etc. and generated in PDF, XLS or HTML format.
